📋 Description

• • Own the entire growth funnel for Paradox’s EdTech products, from acquisition to activation, retention and referral. You will design, test and scale data-driven experiments across paid, owned and earned channels to accelerate user growth and revenue.
• • Architect and execute a 360° growth strategy that aligns with our mission to help 100 000 people achieve their dreams. You will set ambitious OKRs, forecast budgets, and translate vision into weekly sprints that move the needle.
• • Lead a cross-functional squad of marketers, product managers, data analysts and creatives. You will coach, inspire and remove roadblocks so the team ships faster, learns faster and celebrates wins together.
• • Deep-dive into cohort analytics, LTV models and attribution data to uncover hidden levers. You will turn insights into hypotheses, A/B tests and product tweaks that lift conversion rates and reduce churn.
• • Spearhead international expansion, starting with French-speaking markets. You will localize messaging, pricing and partnerships to unlock new geos while safeguarding brand consistency.
• • Build and scale high-impact referral loops, ambassador programs and viral mechanics inside our mobile and web apps. You will gamify progress, trigger social sharing and turn learners into evangelists.
• • Partner with world-class experts—Richard Branson, Marc Simoncini, Gad Elmaleh and others—to co-create buzz-worthy campaigns that generate press, backlinks and organic sign-ups.
• • Own the growth tech stack: Segment, Amplitude, Braze, Firebase, GA4, Meta & TikTok Ads, ASO tools and more. You will audit, integrate and automate so data flows seamlessly and decisions are lightning-fast.
• • Champion a culture of experimentation across the company. You will run weekly growth stand-ups, share learnings openly and institutionalize a “test, learn, iterate” mindset.
• • Report directly to the founders and board, presenting dashboards, growth stories and revenue projections that influence company-wide strategy and next-round fundraising.
• • Collaborate with product to prioritize features that unlock new revenue streams—subscriptions, cohort-based courses, corporate licenses and in-app purchases.
• • Negotiate strategic partnerships with edtech platforms, influencers, HR SaaS tools and media houses to tap into fresh audiences and co-market breakthrough experiences.
• • Keep your finger on the pulse of EdTech trends—AI tutors, cohort learning, micro-credentials—and translate emerging tech into competitive advantages for Paradox.
• • Protect brand integrity while scaling fast. You will craft tone-of-voice guidelines, ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance and maintain a learner-first ethos in every campaign.
• • Mentor junior growth marketers, creating playbooks, templates and onboarding rituals that 10× team productivity and future-proof our growth engine.
