- • Own the full-funnel growth strategy for Planera’s most strategic construction accounts, translating complex scheduling challenges into high-impact campaigns that move the revenue needle.
- • Architect and execute multi-touch, account-based marketing (ABM) programs that span email, LinkedIn, paid social, field events, and executive roundtables—always tailored to the unique pain points of project managers, superintendents, and C-suite leaders at ENR Top 400 General Contractors.
- • Partner daily with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Customer Success leaders to identify target accounts, map buying committees, and co-create quarterly account plans that align marketing spend with pipeline goals.
- • Leverage Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, and cutting-edge AI ABM platforms to segment audiences, score intent, and dynamically personalize content at scale—turning data into dollars.
- • Design and produce account-specific assets—case studies, ROI calculators, interactive demos, and 1:1 landing pages—that speak the language of construction professionals and accelerate deal velocity.
- • Plan, promote, and run high-touch field events and virtual executive briefings that bring together GC decision-makers, Planera power users, and industry thought leaders to showcase next-gen scheduling workflows.
- • Continuously test, measure, and optimize every campaign element—from subject lines to ad creative—using A/B and multivariate testing to improve engagement rates, pipeline contribution, and overall ROMI.
- • Serve as the internal voice of the customer, synthesizing win/loss interviews, NPS feedback, and market intel to refine messaging and inform product roadmap priorities.
- • Maintain a living competitive battlecard that arms sales with real-time insights on rival construction tech solutions, pricing moves, and emerging market shifts.
- • Champion a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration, sharing weekly growth learnings across Marketing, Sales, and Product to keep the entire GTM engine aligned and agile.
- • Report directly to the Head of Marketing, presenting monthly board-ready dashboards that quantify marketing-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, and account penetration rates.
- • Stay ahead of construction tech trends—labor shortages, lean scheduling, prefabrication, ESG compliance—and translate these macro forces into timely, thought-leadership content that positions Planera as the category visionary.
