📋 Description

• We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who's spent real time in the trenches of growth — not someone who's only ever run ads.
• This is a role for a technical marketer who understands the full growth stack: paid acquisition, workflow automation, and B2B positioning, ideally sharpened through agency experience.
• You'll work closely with our internal team, taking ownership of campaigns and processes rather than waiting to be told what to do.
• Own and execute growth marketing initiatives across paid and organic channels.
• Build and maintain marketing workflows and automations.
• Bring a B2B lens to campaign strategy and execution.
• Report on real, measurable deliverables, not vanity metrics.
• Collaborate directly with leadership and cross-functional team members.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5+ years of total marketing experience.
• Hands-on paid ads/paid media experience — but not exclusively an ads background.
• Agency experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to build out workflows and processes from scratch.
• Strong B2B marketing experience.
• Comfortable with tools like Figma, Python, Zapier, or similar (nice-to-have, not required).
