- • Own the full-funnel strategy and execution for paid social across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and emerging platforms, driving profitable new-customer acquisition and brand growth for Warby Parker.
- • Lead a nimble, high-performing team of channel managers and analysts; coach them on campaign architecture, creative testing roadmaps, bid strategy, audience segmentation, and incrementality measurement so every dollar spent moves the business forward.
- • Translate ambitious revenue and ROAS targets into quarterly channel plans, weekly sprints, and daily optimizations. You will forecast spend, set pacing alerts, and re-allocate budgets in real time based on performance signals and market dynamics.
- • Partner with Brand, Creative, and Product Marketing to turn Warby Parker’s distinctive voice into scroll-stopping ad concepts. You will brief designers and copywriters, run rapid-fire A/B tests on hooks, formats, and landing pages, and scale winning variants across geos and cohorts.
- • Build and maintain a rigorous experimentation framework—lift studies, geo holdouts, multi-cell creative tests—so the team learns faster than the algorithm changes. You will socialize learnings in concise, data-backed narratives that influence roadmap decisions beyond paid social.
- • Own the relationship with platform reps, agency partners, and ad-tech vendors. Negotiate beta access, secure incremental ad credits, and pilot new tools (e.g., Advantage+ shopping campaigns, TikTok Shop, Pinterest API for Conversions) ahead of competitors.
- • Collaborate with Data Science to enhance multi-touch attribution and build predictive LTV models that feed back into bidding algorithms, ensuring we acquire customers who not only convert today but return for glasses, contacts, and eye exams tomorrow.
- • Present weekly performance read-outs to senior leadership, translating complex metrics into clear stories: what worked, what didn’t, and what we’ll do next. Your decks will drive investment decisions across the entire marketing portfolio.
- • Champion a culture of documentation and knowledge sharing. You will create playbooks, run lunch-and-learns, and mentor junior marketers so Warby Parker’s paid-social muscle compounds over time.
- • Keep a pulse on privacy regulations, iOS updates, and platform policies; translate external shifts into internal action plans that safeguard tracking, measurement, and audience reach without missing a beat.
- • Influence product roadmaps by surfacing customer insights mined from ad comments, surveys, and post-purchase feedback loops. Your voice will shape everything from frame drops to digital try-on features.
- • Model inclusive leadership by embedding DEI principles into campaign targeting, creative representation, and team rituals, ensuring Warby Parker’s growth is equitable and reflective of the communities we serve.
