- • As a Growth Strategist at HappyRobot, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our go-to-market strategy and driving customer acquisition. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate directly with the founding team, shaping and executing growth initiatives that have a direct impact on revenue and user expansion. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing growth experiments, meticulously optimizing our customer acquisition funnels, and proactively identifying new market opportunities across marketing, sales, and product development.
- • This role is inherently cross-functional, demanding close collaboration with our engineering, operations, and customer success teams. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of initiatives, ensuring alignment and driving tangible results. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's growth trajectory and its ability to deliver exceptional value to our enterprise clients.
- • Key responsibilities include owning the operational backbone of the growth team. This encompasses meticulous lead tracking, rigorous campaign ROI analysis, and the continuous refinement of our growth metrics. You will be tasked with executing and analyzing a diverse range of growth experiments across various channels, constantly seeking to improve performance and identify scalable strategies.
- • A significant part of your role will involve optimizing our lead generation strategies to effectively reach and engage target stakeholders within enterprise organizations. This requires a deep understanding of our ideal customer profile (ICP) and the ability to craft compelling outreach and engagement campaigns.
- • You will also be a key driver in the discovery of new verticals and market segments, identifying untapped potential and developing strategies to penetrate these areas. This involves market research, competitive analysis, and the development of tailored value propositions.
- • Iterating on our branding and messaging will be crucial to ensure our communication resonates with our target audience and effectively conveys the unique value of HappyRobot's AI OS. You will contribute to shaping how we present ourselves to the market.
- • Building robust sales enablement materials will be a core function, equipping our sales team with the necessary tools, collateral, and insights to effectively engage prospects and close deals. This includes developing presentations, case studies, and competitive battlecards.
- • Collaboration with the product team is essential. You will act as a conduit for customer feedback and market insights, sharing updates and documentation to ensure our customers are well-informed and supported. This feedback loop is vital for product evolution and customer satisfaction.
- • Furthermore, you will actively support the sales team by qualifying incoming leads, refining our understanding and application of ICPs, and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates at every stage of the sales funnel.
