📋 Description
- • As a Growth Manager (Web) at Codeway, you will own end-to-end marketing for a web product, driving user acquisition and growth through data-informed, creative, and strategic initiatives that directly impact millions of global users.
- • You will manage the full marketing lifecycle — from generating creative ad ideas and hypotheses, to executing and optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other networks, while building BI dashboards to track KPIs and collaborating with product teams to shape monetization strategies.
- • Codeway is a fast-growing tech company building consumer apps in AI, wellness, learning, and productivity, with a strong engineering culture in Barcelona focused on ownership, speed, and craft, where your work will reach users quickly and influence real product decisions.
- • In this role, you will develop into a well-rounded growth leader by mastering performance marketing, creative strategy, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, gaining ownership over a product’s growth trajectory and the opportunity to apply innovative growth-hacking approaches beyond traditional marketing.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of performance marketing experience
- • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, RTB, and similar platforms
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- • Strong command of written and verbal English
