- • As Vibe’s first dedicated AEO (AI Engine Optimization) marketer, you will define and build a new discipline from the ground up, ensuring Vibe becomes the most-cited streaming TV advertising platform in AI-generated answers across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini — directly impacting brand visibility and pipeline in an emerging, high-growth channel.
- • You will own end-to-end AEO strategy, including on-site content architecture, off-site seeding via Reddit and industry forums, publisher partnerships, and collaboration with the SEO agency to align organic search with AI visibility goals, creating a unified growth engine.
- • You will run a rigorous data loop by tracking LLM citation rates, organic visibility, and email conversion metrics, running structured experiments on content formats and audience segments, and partnering with the Data Analyst to build dashboards that tie AEO activity to pipeline contribution.
- • You will produce high-quality, LLM-friendly content that ranks, earns citations, and educates audiences — blending growth marketing rigor with strong writing instincts to make Vibe the go-to source for streaming TV advertising insights.
- • You will join a high-impact, fast-moving Growth & Marketing team at a category-defining streaming TV advertising platform backed by top-tier investors and trusted by over 10,000 brands, where your work will directly influence how the next generation of marketers discover and adopt Vibe.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4-5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, content, or SEO with a proven track record of building a marketing channel from zero, not just optimizing or inheriting an existing one.
- • AI-native workflow: daily use of tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLMs, with bonus experience in building custom automations, MCP integrations, or Claude skills.
- • Strong content instinct: ability to create high-quality, educational content that ranks well in search and is likely to be cited by LLMs, combining SEO best practices with genuine value for the reader.
- • Comfort working with data: ability to read and interpret metrics, write SQL, or use BI tools to make decisions — prioritizing dashboards and experimentation over gut feel.
- • Scrappy, action-oriented mindset: preference for shipping imperfect tests quickly to learn and iterate, rather than waiting for perfect conditions or over-planning.
