Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As a Growth Marketing Associate Manager, Paid Social at ALSO, you will own and scale the company’s paid acquisition engine across Meta and emerging social channels, directly contributing to the mission of replacing car trips with efficient, enjoyable electric rides by driving scalable customer acquisition at the intersection of creative strategy and performance marketing.
- • You will develop and execute a structured creative testing program, generate hypotheses, build test-and-learn roadmaps, and rapidly iterate on hooks, angles, copy, and formats to reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC) and scale winning campaigns, while acting as the lead creative strategist for performance channels by briefing creative, writing copy, and developing concepts rooted in consumer psychology.
- • You will build and manage audience strategy across prospecting and retargeting using broad, interest-based, and behavioral targeting to guide customers through ALSO’s 3–6 month consideration cycle, own weekly and monthly performance reporting by translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for leadership, and partner cross-functionally with brand, CRM, and retail teams to ensure paid media messaging drives test ride bookings and pipeline in target markets.
- • You will manage and optimize landing page performance through A/B testing on landing pages, CTAs, and offers in collaboration with web and product teams to improve conversion rate (CVR) and reduce drop-off, oversee agency and vendor relationships by briefing, QA-ing, and holding partners accountable to performance standards, and manage daily budget allocation, campaign structure, and creative testing across Meta (primary) and emerging channels like TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube with one goal: efficient, scalable customer acquisition.
- • You will bring 5–7 years of hands-on paid social experience with direct ownership of Meta Ads Manager, including managing six- and seven-figure monthly budgets, building and scaling prospecting and retargeting campaigns, and a proven track record of results, combining a creative strategist’s instincts with an analyst’s rigor to write hooks, develop creative briefs, read performance dashboards, and connect insights into clear next steps.
- • You will demonstrate deep familiarity with Meta’s evolving ecosystem—including campaign structure, auction dynamics, creative fatigue, broad vs. interest targeting, and navigating algorithm changes without losing performance—and experience marketing a premium, considered-purchase product with a long sales cycle, understanding that paid media nurtures over time rather than just converting today.
- • You will be a startup-ready operator who has built or scaled a performance marketing function in a fast-moving environment, comfortable making decisions with imperfect data and moving fast without sacrificing rigor, and thrive in ALSO’s mission-driven culture as a passionate builder, dreamer, doer, and innovator focused on creating innovative, vertically integrated small EVs to solve global mobility challenges.
