- • As a Growth Marketing Intern at Allspice Inc., you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission to transform hardware engineering workflows through a platform likened to 'GitHub for electrical engineering teams.' This role directly supports demand generation, customer advocacy, and pipeline development—key drivers of growth in a fast-moving B2B SaaS startup that recently secured $15M in Series A funding. Your contributions will help Allspice expand its reach among hardware engineering teams worldwide, reinforcing its position as an innovator at the intersection of hardware development and AI-powered collaboration.
- • You will engage in end-to-end campaign execution across multiple channels, supporting both inbound and outbound initiatives that align marketing efforts with sales objectives to move prospects through the funnel. This includes assisting in the planning, building, and launching of multi-channel demand generation campaigns designed to generate awareness and qualified pipeline. You’ll also help coordinate virtual and in-person events and webinars, ensuring seamless logistics and audience engagement.
- • A significant part of your role will focus on nurturing Allspice’s customer community and advocacy programs. You’ll identify customer advocates, source compelling case studies, and support initiatives that deepen relationships with existing users—turning satisfied customers into vocal champions of the platform within the hardware engineering ecosystem.
- • You will gain hands-on experience with marketing analytics, tracking campaign performance using data to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend iterations. This includes supporting marketing operations such as list management, segmentation, and campaign setup in CRM and marketing automation tools to ensure accurate attribution and clean execution.
- • The marketing team at Allspice is agile, mission-driven, and deeply invested in empowering hardware engineers through better tooling and collaboration. You’ll work closely with marketers who understand the unique needs of technical buyers and are passionate about building a global community around hardware innovation.
- • Through this internship, you will develop practical expertise in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, and customer advocacy—skills highly transferable to careers in growth marketing, product marketing, or marketing operations. You’ll also gain exposure to cutting-edge AI applications in industrial tech and build a portfolio of real-world campaign work that demonstrates your ability to execute in a fast-paced, startup environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Prior work experience in marketing, demand generation, growth, community, or a related role
- • Hands-on experience running or supporting marketing campaigns from idea to execution
- • Strong written communication skills
- • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- • Self-starter who can take a loosely defined brief and run with it
