  • As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in establishing LiveFlow as the preeminent brand in accounting and finance software. This is a pivotal role focused on owning the top-of-funnel marketing strategy, encompassing brand awareness initiatives across a diverse range of channels and directly contributing to measurable pipeline generation. This is a highly hands-on position where your ability to conceptualize, design, and execute experiments will be crucial. You will be responsible for launching innovative campaigns, meticulously analyzing their performance, and strategically scaling successful initiatives while ruthlessly eliminating underperforming ones.
  • Your primary objectives will be to significantly elevate LiveFlow's brand awareness within the target market and to drive a consistent flow of qualified sales leads (SQLs). You will be the architect of our brand narrative, ensuring it resonates with our audience and differentiates us in a competitive market. This involves a deep understanding of our product, our customers, and the broader financial technology ecosystem.
  • Key responsibilities will include the end-to-end development and execution of comprehensive brand awareness campaigns. This will span across traditional and emerging channels such as television advertising, out-of-home placements (billboards, transit ads), direct mail campaigns, and other innovative platforms that can effectively reach our target B2B audience. You will be expected to identify and test new, unconventional channels and creative approaches that can capture attention and drive engagement, constantly pushing the boundaries of traditional marketing.
  • A core element of this role is rigorous tracking and reporting of campaign performance. You will own the data, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilizing analytics tools to monitor the effectiveness of all marketing efforts. This data-driven approach will inform strategic decisions, allowing for agile adjustments and optimization to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Close collaboration with the Sales team is essential. You will work hand-in-hand to ensure that our top-of-funnel marketing activities effectively translate into a robust and qualified sales pipeline. This includes understanding sales cycles, lead qualification criteria, and providing the sales team with the necessary marketing intelligence and collateral to succeed.
  • Furthermore, you will partner closely with the Product team to ensure that our marketing messaging is tightly aligned with the product roadmap, features, and value propositions. This synergy will guarantee that our communications accurately reflect the innovative solutions LiveFlow offers and resonate with the evolving needs of our customers.
  • This role demands a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit. You will be empowered to take initiative, experiment, and drive results without constant oversight. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about building a category-defining brand in the fintech space.   • You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities and refine our marketing strategies. This includes staying abreast of the latest developments in marketing technology and methodologies to ensure LiveFlow remains at the forefront of innovation. Ultimately, you will play a critical role in shaping the future growth trajectory of LiveFlow by building a powerful brand and a predictable engine for customer acquisition.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing or brand marketing, with a strong preference for experience within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to be scrappy and resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to figure things out independently.
  • Highly systematic and data-driven mindset, with a proven track record of quantifying marketing efforts and making decisions based on measurable results.
  • Experience in successfully running multi-channel marketing campaigns and a solid understanding of how to measure and optimize for ROI.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is a significant advantage, though not strictly required.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
