This dynamic team operates at the critical nexus of Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data, with the primary mandate of transforming raw insights into decisive action. Our mission is to meticulously identify areas of significant leverage, architect robust and repeatable growth systems, and execute with exceptional speed and precision. The Growth Strategy team is already a high-performing unit, comprising five dedicated members who are actively engaged in driving pipeline generation, spearheading experimentation, and executing GTM strategies. This pivotal role is designed to lead this existing team, elevate our collective performance standards, and systematically scale both our strategic initiatives and the talented individuals who bring them to life.
- • This Growth Strategy Lead position is tailor-made for an individual who possesses the dual capability to lead from the front lines of execution while simultaneously cultivating and expanding a high-performing team. You will assume comprehensive ownership of the five-person Growth Strategy team, establishing clear strategic direction, providing expert coaching and development for execution, and ensuring that all team efforts directly contribute to measurable revenue impact. Concurrently, you will serve as a vital thought partner to the Chief Growth Officer, contributing significantly to the formulation and refinement of our overarching growth strategy, the prioritization of key initiatives, and the strategic scaling of Rox's go-to-market motion.

You will be deeply involved in the hands-on design and implementation of growth plays, rigorously pressure-testing innovative ideas, and readily stepping in to provide support wherever necessary. Simultaneously, you will be instrumental in building the essential systems, robust processes, and scalable team structures required to sustain and accelerate our growth trajectory over the long term. - • Key responsibilities will include:
- • Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of 5 Growth Strategists, ensuring the establishment of clear, actionable goals, well-defined priorities, and high performance expectations.
- • Collaborating directly and intimately with the Chief Growth Officer to shape, refine, and execute Rox's comprehensive growth strategy.
- • Designing, launching, and iteratively improving go-to-market (GTM) initiatives spanning pipeline generation, customer activation, and expansion opportunities.
- • Translating complex product capabilities into practical, actionable growth motions and developing standardized, repeatable playbooks for GTM teams.
- • Fostering seamless cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data teams to ensure cohesive and aligned execution of growth strategies.
- • Proactively identifying critical gaps in coverage, functional capabilities, or operational processes, and strategically hiring talent to address and close these deficiencies.
- • Laying the foundational groundwork and establishing the frameworks necessary for the scalable growth of the Growth Strategy function as Rox continues its expansion.
- • Success in this role will be measured by:
- • Within your initial weeks: Demonstrating a thorough understanding of Rox's product suite, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and core growth motion, enabling you to effectively guide team priorities.
- • Within your first few months: Ensuring the Growth Strategy team operates with exceptional clarity, remarkable speed, and demonstrably measurable impact.
- • Over the long term: Contributing significantly to the development of a durable and sustainable growth engine, characterized by a strong, well-developed team, clearly defined and effective playbooks, and a visible, positive impact on revenue generation.
