- • As a Growth Marketing Manager at SplitMetrics Inc., you will build a modern, AI-augmented growth engine to attract enterprise-level mobile brands to the company’s Tier-1 managed mobile growth services, focusing exclusively on the top 1% of apps and games globally.
- • Day to day, you will design and execute strategies targeting Upmarket and Enterprise ICP, leverage insider partnerships with Apple Ads, Google, Moloco, and AppsFlyer for co-marketing initiatives, transform service excellence into lead-generating assets (case studies, webinars, industry reports), collaborate with the Agency Sales Team to convert automated demand into high-value revenue, and build AI-powered workflows using tools like Claude Code, Codex, n8n, and OpenClaw to automate lead discovery and personalized engagement.
- • SplitMetrics is a global software company with a remote-first culture operating across 20+ countries, recognized as an Apple Ads Partner and pioneer in building the first Apple Ads management platform, powering over $1 billion in ad spend through its ecosystem that includes SplitMetrics Acquire, Agency, Optimize, and App Radar.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise B2B lead generation, AI-augmented growth systems, and strategic partnership marketing while gaining direct exposure to top-tier mobile brands like Skyscanner, Glovo, Flo, Babbel, and Wooga, with autonomy to innovate and ownership over pipeline impact rather than vanity metrics.
🎯 Requirements
- • Builder mindset with preference for creating automated systems over manual processes
- • Proficiency in AI-agentic environments such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or n8n
- • Proven experience in B2B lead generation for global service providers with long sales cycles and high-trust relationships
- • Focus on pipeline and revenue impact rather than vanity metrics like impressions or likes
- • Ability to work autonomously across European and US time zones in a remote-first setting
