- • As a Growth Marketing Manager at BiOptimizers, you will be the architect of our paid acquisition strategy, scaling an engine that drives profitable, predictable growth for our premium wellness and supplement products in a competitive DTC landscape.
- • Day to day, you will own the strategy and hands-on execution for Meta and Google Ads, manage the full customer journey from scroll-stop to conversion, utilize advanced attribution modeling to measure true impact, and apply deep industry knowledge to position our products effectively.
- • BiOptimizers is a remote-first company focused on helping people achieve peak biological performance through science-backed supplements and wellness tools, with a globally distributed team that values clarity, autonomy, and operational excellence.
- • In this role, you will learn to scale high-volume ad spend profitably, master advanced attribution tools like Triple Whale and GA4, refine offer architecture and landing page optimization, and deepen your expertise in wellness CPG marketing while contributing to a mission-driven organization focused on human health optimization.
