- • The Growth Marketing Ops role at Binance is critical to scaling user acquisition and engagement across global markets by optimizing marketing workflows, enabling data-driven campaign execution, and ensuring seamless coordination between marketing, product, and analytics teams. This position directly impacts Binance’s ability to grow its user base in competitive crypto markets while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.
- • The person will drive operational efficiency in growth marketing initiatives, acting as the central hub for campaign planning, performance tracking, and cross-functional alignment to maximize ROI on marketing spend and support Binance’s mission of advancing financial freedom through blockchain technology.
- • Day to day, the individual will: design and maintain standardized processes for launching and monitoring growth marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels; collaborate with regional marketing leads to localize global campaigns while ensuring brand and messaging consistency; build and manage marketing calendars, timelines, and resource allocation plans using project management tools; establish and enforce data governance standards for campaign tagging, UTM parameters, and attribution modeling; work closely with analytics teams to define KPIs, set up dashboards, and ensure accurate reporting on CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and funnel performance; coordinate with product and engineering teams to integrate marketing tools (e.g., CRM, CDP, attribution platforms) and test new growth experiments; monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and vendor performance to ensure financial accountability and timely delivery; identify bottlenecks in marketing workflows and implement automation solutions to reduce manual effort and increase scalability; support A/B testing frameworks by managing test design, execution, and result documentation; ensure all marketing activities comply with regional regulations and Binance’s internal policies, particularly in restricted jurisdictions; prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries for senior leadership, highlighting insights, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- • The Growth Marketing Ops team operates within Binance’s global Marketing division, which is responsible for driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement across Binance’s ecosystem of products and services. The team is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and data-centric, working closely with Product, Analytics, Engineering, Legal, and Regional Marketing teams to execute growth strategies that align with Binance’s vision of building an inclusive financial system.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in marketing analytics, operations, or project management (e.g., PMP, Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.
- • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, campaign management, or marketing analytics within a fast-paced tech or digital company.
- • Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize marketing workflows, including campaign calendars, budget tracking, and performance reporting systems.
- • Strong proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms; experience with SQL or data querying is highly desirable.
- • Excellent project management skills with experience using tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, or Monday.com to manage timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional tasks.
- • Demonstrated experience working with regional or global marketing teams to localize campaigns while maintaining brand consistency and compliance.
