- • As a Growth Media Manager, Direct Mail at Dandy Technology, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling one of the company’s most impactful growth channels—direct mail—by designing and executing data-driven campaigns that generate qualified pipeline for a rapidly expanding dental technology platform serving over $200B in market opportunity.
- • You will own the full lifecycle of Dandy’s direct mail program, from strategic audience segmentation and creative development to vendor management, budget allocation, performance analysis, and optimization, ensuring every campaign drives measurable engagement, conversion, and ROI while aligning with broader growth objectives.
- • You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Growth teams to refine targeting and messaging based on real-time feedback on lead quality, ensuring that direct mail efforts are not only creative but also commercially effective and tightly integrated into the customer acquisition funnel.
- • You will extend your impact beyond direct mail by supporting the testing and scaling of select direct media partnerships—including podcasts, email newsletters, and display takeovers—amplifying key marketing initiatives and identifying high-leverage opportunities to complement Dandy’s omnichannel growth strategy.
- • You will operate in a high-visibility, high-autonomy environment where your analytical rigor and hypothesis-driven experimentation directly influence budget allocation, channel strategy, and executive decision-making, giving you ownership over a scalable, revenue-impactful lever in a venture-backed, mission-driven organization.
- • You will build and institutionalize a structured testing roadmap across creative, audience, offer, and timing variables, transforming direct mail from a tactical channel into a predictable, scalable engine of pipeline growth through rigorous A/B testing, attribution modeling, and continuous optimization.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing, with a proven ability to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
- • Direct mail experience strongly preferred, or demonstrated success in owning and scaling an offline or channel-specific marketing program (e.g., events, gifting, print, or experiential marketing) with clear ROI and attribution.
- • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring performance in complex or imperfect attribution environments, including proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools, and the ability to derive actionable insights from fragmented data sources.
- • Highly organized and process-driven, with a track record of managing multiple concurrent campaigns end-to-end—from concept and vendor coordination to execution, tracking, and post-campaign analysis—while maintaining high quality and timeliness.
- • Experience in a B2C or B2B high-growth company, preferably in SaaS, technology, or healthcare, with comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environments.
- • Ability to problem-solve autonomously and prioritize work using a hypothesis-driven approach centered on business value, with comfort making data-informed decisions without constant oversight.
