You will be instrumental in designing, building, and managing the infrastructure that drives consistent pipeline generation and revenue growth. We are looking for someone who is proactive, independent, and possesses a deep understanding of automation and multi-channel outbound strategies.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless functioning of the outbound operations, enabling scalable prospecting and robust pipeline generation. You will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams, translating their needs into actionable systems and processes. This involves defining ideal customer profiles (ICPs), building sophisticated prospecting workflows, and meticulously managing lead data to ensure accuracy and integrity within the CRM. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining a clean and reliable data foundation, which is essential for informed strategic decision-making and effective campaign optimization.
- • Key to this role is the management and optimization of outbound campaigns. You will be responsible for setting up and running multi-touch LinkedIn sequences and cold email campaigns, leveraging tools like Smartlead, Instantly, or Apollo. A critical aspect of this will be managing email domain warm-up and ensuring optimal deliverability, a vital component for successful outreach. You will continuously monitor campaign performance, analyzing reply and meeting rates to identify areas for improvement and implement A/B testing for messaging to maximize effectiveness. The ultimate goal is to drive higher engagement and conversion rates, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads to the sales team.
- • Beyond direct campaign management, you will play a significant role in refining the CRM and sales automation processes. This includes designing and managing pipeline stages, implementing sophisticated lead scoring logic, and automating crucial tasks such as lead tagging, routing, and follow-up sequences. You will be responsible for building insightful dashboards that track key pipeline metrics and performance indicators, providing clear visibility into the health of the sales funnel. Integrating prospecting tools with the CRM and other outbound systems will be essential to create a cohesive and efficient operational ecosystem.
- • Furthermore, this role encompasses managing newsletter and distribution efforts. You will build and manage recurring newsletter campaigns, format and publish founder-led content, and segment audiences to ensure targeted and relevant communication. Tracking engagement metrics like open and click-through rates will be a key part of optimizing these campaigns over time to foster stronger audience connections.
- • Finally, you will contribute to the maintenance of template and asset management. This includes ensuring the consistency and accuracy of Figma templates for decks, one-pagers, and case studies, as well as updating marketing and sales collateral. You will also prepare visual materials for campaigns and newsletters, ensuring a professional and cohesive brand presentation across all outbound assets.
