- • The Growth Program Manager at A1 Garage Door Service LLC serves as the operational backbone for executing growth initiatives, ensuring functional leaders own their commitments, deadlines are met, and execution risks are surfaced and resolved quickly—without replacing functional accountability. This role is critical to maintaining execution discipline across greenfield launches and acquisition integrations, enabling leadership to focus on strategic decisions rather than chasing updates.
- • Day to day, the Growth Program Manager ensures each functional leader clearly owns defined launch and integration deliverables by driving kickoff alignment so ownership, timelines, and success criteria are explicit; tracks commitments and follows up with leaders to ensure on-time completion; surfaces risks, delays, or ownership gaps early and escalates as needed; maintains clear visibility into who owns what across Ops, HR, IT, Finance, and Marketing; holds leaders accountable to agreed-upon timelines and commitments; pushes decisions forward by clarifying blockers and driving resolution; acts as the escalation point when execution stalls or ownership is unclear; ensures information flows cleanly across teams and leadership; prepares agendas, action-item lists, and follow-ups that reinforce accountability; ensures leadership meetings end with clear owners and next steps; tracks commitments and closes loops post-meeting; maintains organized, accessible Growth materials and timelines; steps in tactically only when explicitly assigned or approved to execute discrete tasks that unblock progress—without absorbing entire workstreams; transitions execution back to functional owners once stabilized; and documents handoffs to prevent recurring ownership gaps.
