  • The Growth & Retention Account Manager (Great Lakes-MI) role at Cambium Learning Group, Inc. is a strategic position focused on driving new business acquisition and long-term customer retention in the K–12 education technology space, directly supporting the company’s mission to create opportunity for every student through literacy.
  • Day to day, the individual will own and execute a territory plan balancing new prospecting with renewal and expansion, conduct deep discovery to tailor solutions, manage pilot programs, prepare renewal and upsell proposals, maintain multi-stakeholder relationships within school districts, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel up to 4-5 times annually for client meetings and key events.
  • Cambium Learning Group operates as a Remote First organization, fostering a culture of trust, inclusivity, and results-driven collaboration across distributed teams, with a strong commitment to educational equity and literacy advancement through its Lexia Learning brand.
  • In this role, the person will develop advanced consultative selling skills, deepen expertise in K–12 funding and decision-making structures, master complex sales cycle management in education, and grow as a trusted advisor to district leaders while contributing to meaningful impact in student literacy outcomes.
