- • As a Growth Sales Representative - German at ActiveCampaign, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s international expansion by focusing on German-speaking markets. You will be instrumental in building a sustainable sales pipeline from high-intent leads, directly contributing to revenue growth and market penetration in key international regions. Your work will bridge marketing-generated interest and closed-won deals, ensuring a seamless handoff to Account Executives while establishing foundational customer relationships that support long-term retention and expansion.
- • On a day-to-day basis, you will engage with inbound and outbound leads in the German-speaking market, conducting discovery calls to understand customer needs, pain points, and business goals. You will tailor your outreach using ActiveCampaign’s marketing automation and CRM tools to personalize communication and nurture leads effectively. You will collaborate closely with the Activation team to ensure smooth onboarding of qualified leads and provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance. You will consistently track and manage your sales activities in CRM, forecast pipeline accurately, and strive to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined follow-up and strategic account engagement.
- • You will partner directly with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities, providing comprehensive context and insights gathered during the discovery phase to accelerate the sales cycle. You will participate in regular sales enablement training, coaching sessions, and team huddles to refine your pitch, objection handling, and product knowledge. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes by sharing market-specific insights from the German-speaking region, helping shape localized messaging and go-to-market strategies.

🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in German (written and spoken) and professional proficiency in English
- • Proven experience in sales, lead qualification, or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS, technology, or B2B environments
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and uncover customer needs through active listening
- • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms
- • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
