- • Identify, research, and develop new account opportunities across target verticals for Lyric’s enterprise AI supply chain platform.
- • Conduct outbound prospecting using multi-channel campaigns including email, phone, LinkedIn, and event participation to generate qualified leads.
- • Shadow senior Account Executives and GTM leaders during client meetings and product demonstrations to build domain fluency in supply chain technology and enterprise sales.
- • Assist in preparing demo environments, RFP responses, and opportunity materials for active deals under the guidance of revenue leadership.
- • Join opportunity teams to support key pursuit strategies, client engagement planning, and deal execution.
- • Contribute to broader go-to-market activities such as market research, competitive intelligence gathering, event logistics support, and content collaboration with marketing.
- • Develop and articulate a point of view on target accounts and industries to inform and refine the team’s overall GTM strategy.
- • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging, targeting, and execution across client-facing initiatives.
- • Leverage tools and technology to optimize workflow efficiency, including AI-powered platforms and automation to increase output without direct oversight.
- • Rapidly learn enterprise AI concepts, supply chain operations, and complex buyer journeys in a fast-paced startup environment despite lacking prior domain expertise.
- • Operate with high agency—taking initiative, following through on tasks without prompting, and identifying gaps in process or outreach before being asked.
- • Collaborate effectively in a remote-first, cross-functional team with frequent interaction with senior leadership, including VPs of Sales and seasoned AEs.
- • Adapt to ambiguity and evolving processes in a company defining a new category: enterprise AI for supply chain optimization.
- • Maintain strong communication skills in client-facing settings, presenting information clearly and professionally to diverse stakeholders.
- • Synthesize complex information from technical, operational, and market sources into concise, actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
- • Contribute to a growing GTM playbook at a company with Fortune 500 customers including Smurfit WestRock, Estée Lauder, and Coca-Cola.

- • 2+ years of professional experience as an early-career professional or post-MBA candidate
- • Exceptional communication skills with comfort and polish in client-facing settings
- • High agency: proactive ownership, follow-through, and initiative without waiting for direction
- • Strong research and synthesis abilities to quickly understand complex industries like supply chain and enterprise AI
- • Resourcefulness with tools and technology to automate or optimize workflows
- • Collaborative mindset with ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
