- • Identify, research, and develop new account opportunities across target verticals within enterprise supply chain markets
- • Conduct outbound prospecting through multi-channel campaigns including email, phone, LinkedIn, and event participation
- • Shadow senior Account Executives and GTM leaders during client meetings and product demonstrations to build domain fluency in supply chain AI and enterprise sales
- • Help prepare demo environments, RFP responses, and opportunity materials for active deals in progress
- • Join cross-functional opportunity teams to support key pursuit strategy and client engagement activities
- • Contribute to broader go-to-market initiatives including market research, competitive intelligence gathering, event support, and content collaboration
- • Develop independent points of view on target accounts and industries to inform and sharpen the team’s overall GTM strategy
- • Work embedded with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams as the tip of the spear for Lyric’s go-to-market approach
- • Utilize tools and technology to build efficient workflows and AI-powered shortcuts that increase productivity without being prompted
- • Engage in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment where roles evolve rapidly and initiative drives impact
- • Learn enterprise AI and supply chain decision intelligence by directly interacting with Fortune 500 customers including Smurfit WestRock, Estée Lauder, and Coca-Cola
- • Contribute to defining a new category: enterprise AI for supply chain, at a stage where the playbook is still being written
- • Support the entire GTM motion from initial outreach through deal execution, gaining exposure to all stages of the sales cycle
- • Build expertise in no-code platforms, product composability, and enterprise technology sales without requiring prior supply chain or AI experience
- • Leverage curiosity and work ethic to rapidly learn complex domains and translate them into compelling value propositions for enterprise clients
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of professional experience or post-MBA candidate status
- • Exceptional communicator with comfort and polish in client-facing settings
- • High agency: takes ownership, follows through, and acts without waiting to be told
- • Strong researcher with ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly
- • Resourceful with tools and technology; uses AI-powered workflows to increase output
- • Collaborative and comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments
