  • • As a Growth Strategist at Clay, you will partner with innovative SaaS companies to turn their growth ideas into reality by onboarding them to Clay and helping them achieve their business goals through product adoption and expansion.
  • • Day to day, you will own customer onboarding and implementation to accelerate time-to-value, run proactive adoption plays using Clay-enriched data to identify high-potential users, drive account expansion by identifying upsell opportunities, build new customer success programs from scratch in collaboration with the Head of CX, and influence the product roadmap by synthesizing and sharing customer feedback with engineering, design, and product teams.
  • • Clay is a fast-growing AI-powered platform that helps organizations execute unique growth strategies using data, signals, and automation, backed by $100M in revenue and a $5B valuation, with a vibrant community of over 11,000 customers and a culture that celebrates creativity and individuality.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS go-to-market operations, become a trusted advisor to high-growth customers, build scalable customer success processes, and directly impact product evolution while growing your influence across cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Passion for Clay and genuine enthusiasm for the product as a tool for customer success
  • • Experience in B2B SaaS, go-to-market operations, revops, markops, or similar roles in-house or at an agency
  • • Proven customer-facing experience in any capacity, with a focus on driving value and adoption
  • • Strong ability to identify expansion opportunities while maintaining a customer-obsessed, revenue-minded mindset
