  • • Identify, research, and develop new account opportunities across target verticals for Lyric’s enterprise AI supply chain platform.
  • • Conduct outbound prospecting using multi-channel campaigns including email, phone, LinkedIn, and event participation to generate qualified leads.
  • • Shadow senior Account Executives and GTM leaders during client meetings and product demonstrations to build domain fluency in supply chain AI and enterprise sales.
  • • Assist in preparing demo environments, RFP responses, and opportunity materials to support active sales pursuits.
  • • Join cross-functional opportunity teams to contribute to key client engagement strategies and pursuit planning.
  • • Participate in broader go-to-market activities including market research, competitive intelligence gathering, event support, and collaborative content creation.
  • • Develop actionable insights and points of view on target accounts and industries to refine and sharpen the team’s overall GTM strategy.
  • • Work directly with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams to execute Lyric’s client-facing growth motion in a high-growth startup environment.
  • • Leverage tools and technology to optimize workflows, increase productivity, and identify scalable methods to enhance outbound outreach efficiency.
  • • Operate with high agency by taking initiative, following through on tasks without supervision, and proactively solving problems in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
  • • Engage with Fortune 500 customers including Smurfit WestRock, EstĂ©e Lauder, and Coca-Cola to understand their supply chain challenges and how Lyric’s platform addresses them.
  • • Collaborate with technical and product teams to translate customer insights into GTM improvements and sales enablement materials.
  • • Contribute to defining a new category in enterprise AI for supply chain at a company where the playbook is actively being built, not inherited.
  • • Work in a remote-first model with regular in-person collaboration required in the Bay Area, New York, or Chicago to align with the GTM team.
  • • Gain direct mentorship from VPs of Sales, senior AEs, and revenue operations leaders to accelerate professional growth in enterprise technology sales.
  • • Help shape the future of Lyric’s GTM strategy by contributing to pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and market positioning in a rapidly scaling startup.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of professional experience or post-MBA candidate seeking to pivot into enterprise AI technology
  • • Exceptional communicator with polished, articulate, and client-facing presence
  • • High agency: takes ownership, follows through, and acts proactively without waiting for direction
  • • Strong researcher skilled at synthesizing complex information and presenting it clearly
  • • Resourceful with tools and technology, adept at finding AI-powered workflows to improve output
  • • Collaborative team player comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Annual base compensation range of $100,000–$130,000
