📋 Description

• As a Growth Web Engineer at New Relic, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s digital presence by building and optimizing web experiences that drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion across global markets.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include improving Drupal architecture and automated testing, contributing to technical design discussions, developing Drupal components and modules, leading architecture decisions, resolving cross-team blockers, and enhancing site performance through A/B testing and user behavior insights.
• You’ll join a global team of innovators dedicated to advancing observability in an AI-first world, working within a collaborative, agile environment that values shared code ownership and technical excellence.
• This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in enterprise-scale web development, influence product growth strategies, and grow as a technical leader while contributing to a platform used by thousands of companies worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of professional work experience
• 6+ years of full-stack development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React, Node.js, MVC, MySQL, NoSQL, and RESTful APIs
• Strong expertise in Drupal 9/10 development
• Solid understanding of PHP, Symfony, Twig, CSS, Git, and JavaScript
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment focused on regular production code delivery
• Collaborative work style with shared code ownership and team decision-making
• Fluency in English
