  • • Glean is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented GSI & Consulting Partnerships Manager to spearhead the development, growth, and operationalization of our strategic alliances with top-tier Global System Integrators (GSIs) and leading management consulting firms (MCF/MBB).
  • • In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of GSI/MBB Consulting Partners, focusing on embedding Glean's innovative AI-powered knowledge management platform into the service offerings of industry giants such as Accenture, Deloitte, and Capgemini.
  • • Your primary objective will be to drive significant joint pipeline generation, foster substantial services revenue growth, and cultivate long-term strategic alignment across our expanding partner ecosystem.
  • • You will be instrumental in building and nurturing robust relationships with GSI and consulting partners, gaining a deep understanding of their unique business objectives, evolving needs, and the synergistic value propositions we can offer together.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves maintaining and elevating relationships at the highest executive levels within these partner organizations, ensuring Glean is a strategic priority.
  • • You will architect and execute a comprehensive co-sell motion, meticulously planning account mapping initiatives, providing dedicated support for partner-led marketing efforts, and actively generating qualified pipeline through joint events and integrated Go-To-Market (GTM) campaigns.
  • • This includes identifying, recruiting, and expertly onboarding new GSI and consulting partners, ensuring they are thoroughly enabled to effectively position, sell, and deliver Glean's transformative solutions to their enterprise clientele.
  • • You will define, drive, and actively support engagement strategies that dictate how Glean collaborates with internal account stakeholders and Account Executives (AEs) for key GSI accounts, tailoring approaches on an account-by-account basis to maximize success.
  • • A critical responsibility is the meticulous management and oversight of the partner deal pipeline, encompassing deal registration processes, proactive pipeline management, and seamless coordination to ensure successful deal progression and timely closure.
  • • You will act as a vital liaison, partnering with our Partner Operations and Enablement teams to guarantee that our partners are equipped with the necessary training, comprehensive resources, and unwavering support required to independently sell, implement, and provide ongoing support for Glean solutions.
  • • Furthermore, you will develop, operationalize, and continuously iterate on our partner programs, which includes creating sophisticated partner activity trackers, establishing clear and consistent weekly cadences with managed partners, and driving the execution of joint business plans and impactful marketing activities.
  • • Close collaboration with our Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams will be essential to ensure partner strategies are fully aligned with overarching company objectives and that partners are seamlessly integrated into our field sales motion.
  • • You will play a key role in establishing and scaling Glean’s global GSI/MCF/MBB partnerships strategy, while simultaneously taking direct ownership of managing and growing our North American consulting partnerships.
  • • This role demands a proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong bias for action and a service-oriented mindset, dedicated to supporting our partners and customers.
  • • You will leverage a data-driven approach, utilizing key metrics and objective measurements to rigorously assess partner performance, monitor pipeline health, and identify actionable opportunities for continuous improvement and growth.
  • • The ability to manage multiple partners, complex initiatives, and numerous deals concurrently, driving them all to successful completion with a high degree of organization and attention to detail, is paramount.
  • • Ultimately, you will be a key driver in expanding Glean's market reach and impact through strategic, high-value partnerships, contributing directly to the company's rapid growth and success in the enterprise AI and knowledge management space.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in business development, alliances, or partnerships within an enterprise SaaS company, GSI, or leading consulting firm (MCF/MBB).
  • • Proven track record of building and growing services revenue streams with GSIs and/or MCF/MBB consulting firms, including successful co-selling and co-delivery motions.
  • • Direct experience working with or within major GSIs such as Accenture or Deloitte is highly desired.
  • • Strong communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • • Demonstrated project planning and execution capabilities, with experience leading complex initiatives.
  • • Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.
