- • Lead the design, build-out, and scaling of Deepgram’s global ecosystem of Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), including Deloitte, Accenture, TCS, Capgemini, and BCG, from initial engagement to revenue generation.
- • Define and execute Deepgram’s GSI strategy across sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions, embedding Deepgram’s Voice AI APIs into partner AI platforms, accelerators, and delivery frameworks.
- • Develop joint value propositions, solution plays, and executive governance cadences with GSIs to position Deepgram as a strategic AI and voice partner within each organization.
- • Own and drive measurable revenue outcomes from partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, establishing forecasting, attribution, and reporting systems to track impact across the partner funnel.
- • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and GTM teams to co-develop industry-specific reference architectures and enterprise-ready voice AI offerings tailored for GSI delivery teams.
- • Build and scale scalable enablement programs including certifications, sales plays, technical training, demos, and collateral to onboard and empower hundreds to thousands of partner sellers and practitioners.
- • Leverage AI systems, automation, and data-driven workflows to operationalize partner activities—generating partner briefs, automating account mapping, attributing pipeline, and identifying co-sell opportunities using AI agents and CRM integrations.
- • Serve as the senior external representative of Deepgram in executive briefings, partner summits, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and industry events, articulating Deepgram’s vision for the future of enterprise Voice AI and GSI transformation.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Enterprise Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Leadership to remove bottlenecks, align incentives, and accelerate partner-driven revenue growth.
- • Continuously experiment with and integrate new AI tools into daily workflows, using automation and intelligent systems to increase operational efficiency and scale partner impact beyond traditional alliance models.
- • Maintain a high-ownership mindset in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where change is rapid, prescriptive processes are minimal, and innovation in AI-driven partner operations is expected daily.
- • Build and maintain deep understanding of how GSIs structure their alliances teams, vertical practices, delivery organizations, and executive sponsorship frameworks to tailor engagement strategies effectively.
- • Identify and prioritize GSI opportunities based on market potential, technical alignment, and AI-native readiness, focusing on those most likely to deploy Deepgram at scale across enterprise accounts.
- • Instrument and optimize the entire partner lifecycle—from initial outreach and relationship building to joint go-to-market execution and revenue tracking—using data and AI to guide decisions.
- • Represent Deepgram’s voice AI platform as a core component of next-generation contact center (CCaaS), agentic AI, and enterprise automation solutions within partner ecosystems.
- • Drive the creation of repeatable, scalable GSI offerings that result in recurring enterprise engagements and long-term revenue streams for Deepgram.
