- • As the GSI Partner Director for North America (NA), you will be a pivotal strategic leader responsible for embedding Camunda’s cutting-edge enterprise agentic automation technology within Tier 1 Global Systems Integrators (GSIs).
- • This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of GSI Partners, placing you at the forefront of driving significant growth and market penetration.
- • Your primary mission will be to define, develop, and execute comprehensive strategies aimed at building dedicated, high-performing automation and orchestration practices within these leading GSIs.
- • You will be instrumental in fostering the development of joint solutions that leverage Camunda’s platform to deliver transformative value and measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients.
- • This role demands close collaboration with GSI Partner Directors for EMEA, Regional Partner Managers, Partner Marketing teams, and Sales leadership to ensure seamless alignment and maximum impact.
- • A core focus will be on accelerating Camunda’s Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth through strategic enablement, targeted investment, and deep strategic alignment with our GSI partners.
- • You will lead the charge in developing and scaling dedicated automation and orchestration practices within Tier 1 GSIs, ensuring Camunda’s technology becomes a core component of their service offerings.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience building and scaling technology practices with Tier 1 Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) in the North America region.
- • Deep industry experience and strong business acumen in the automation and orchestration space.
- • Exceptional relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust, network effectively, and navigate complex, matrixed GSI environments.
- • Strong partner enablement skills, capable of designing and executing effective sales and technical training programs.
- • Ability and/or willingness to use Camunda's product.
