  • • As the Founding GTM (AI Agents) hire for Eliza, Lottie's innovative AI voice agent, you will spearhead the go-to-market strategy and execution for a groundbreaking product in the social care sector.
  • • This is a unique opportunity to be the first commercial representative for a nascent AI product within a rapidly expanding UK startup, backed by prominent venture capital firms like Accel and General Catalyst.
  • • You will collaborate directly with the General Manager (GM) of Eliza and the CEO to construct the entire go-to-market engine from the ground up, managing the sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure.
  • • The role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in high-activity sales environments, such as top-performing SDRs or Commercial Associates, who are eager to take ownership of a product's complete GTM motion.
  • • If you have experience selling SaaS into SMBs and are excited by the prospect of introducing a truly novel AI solution to an industry ripe for innovation, this role offers immense potential.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to own the complete sales cycle for Eliza, targeting care home operators and home care providers, and demonstrating how AI agents can significantly enhance their operations.
  • • This involves building a robust outbound sales engine by experimenting with various messaging, channels, and strategic approaches, while strategically leveraging Lottie's extensive existing network of over 6,000 care services for warm introductions and enhanced credibility.
  • • You will be instrumental in running compelling product demonstrations that showcase Eliza's capabilities and represent the product at key industry events to generate a consistent and high-quality sales pipeline.
  • • A crucial aspect of the role involves close collaboration with the Eliza product and engineering teams, providing essential feedback from operators to inform and shape the product roadmap, ensuring Eliza evolves to meet market demands.
  • • Working alongside the GM, you will be responsible for establishing and refining the processes and reporting mechanisms necessary for scaling the GTM function as the team expands.
  • • You will tackle the challenge of building an entirely new go-to-market motion for an AI product that has only recently been conceptualized, requiring agility and innovation.
  • • A significant part of your role will be to effectively communicate the value proposition of an AI agent to care operators, many of whom are time-constrained and may not be early adopters of technology, demonstrating how Eliza can genuinely improve their business outcomes.
  • • You will translate early pilot results and customer feedback into a scalable, repeatable, and highly effective sales process.
  • • Generating a consistent and predictable pipeline through creative outbound strategies, while maximizing the impact of warm introductions from Lottie's established network, will be a key performance indicator.
  • • You will play a pivotal role in defining Eliza's pricing, packaging, and overall market positioning as the product transitions from its pilot phase to a full commercial launch.
  • • The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial and commercially driven, possessing a strong desire to build and innovate rather than simply follow an existing playbook.
  • • A proven track record in a high-activity sales environment, whether as an SDR/BDR, Commercial Associate, or in another commission-based role, is essential.
  • • Genuine enthusiasm for AI and the ability to articulate the benefits of AI agents for care operators in clear, compelling, and accessible language are critical.
  • • You should be a natural relationship-builder, adept at establishing trust and rapport, as care is fundamentally a people-centric business.
  • • Comfort with ambiguity is key, as you will be instrumental in creating the GTM playbook for a new product, working collaboratively with the GM.
  • • Autonomy, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, including testing new ideas without constant supervision, are highly valued.
  • • This role is not just about executing tasks; it's about shaping the future commercial success of a vital AI product in the social care industry, contributing directly to Lottie's mission of elevating later life for everyone.
