📋 Description

• As the GTM AI Operations Lead, Sales at Replit, you will own how AI and automation accelerate the go-to-market motion, acting as both an operator and architect to design systems that compress manual effort and surface actionable insights for sales teams.
• You will design, build, and maintain AI-powered automations across the sales motion—including opportunity hygiene, stage progression, forecasting inputs, and rep nudges—while owning data integrity to ensure reliable reporting and AI outputs.
• You will partner with sales leadership to identify bottlenecks, integrate and orchestrate the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, etc.) with AI agents, and build internal tooling that delivers AI insights directly into reps’ existing workflows.
• You will establish guardrails for safe, governed AI use against revenue data, translate ambiguous automation requests into scoped and measurable systems, and drive trustworthy, maintainable solutions that scale with the business.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Systems, or a closely related function, with meaningful time supporting an enterprise sales motion.
• Hands-on Salesforce expertise—ability to build, debug, and reason about data models, automation, and permissions, not just navigate the UI.
• Demonstrated experience designing and shipping automations, ideally including LLM- or AI-driven workflows (agents, prompt-based tooling, or AI features embedded in GTM systems).
• Strong analytical rigor: ability to pull and interrogate pipeline data, pressure-test conclusions, and communicate findings crisply.
• Comfort building via no/low-code platforms or API integrations to prototype without waiting on engineering.
• Bias toward systems that are maintainable and trustworthy over clever-but-fragile solutions.
