- • Own the top of funnel for US sales by identifying strategic accounts, executing multi-channel outbound campaigns, and qualifying sales opportunities to build a scalable pipeline from scratch.
- • Break into new markets by researching, prioritizing, and testing targeted approaches to enter untapped geographies and industry verticals for Omnea’s AI-native procurement platform.
- • Support live enterprise deals alongside the CCO and Commercial Leads by preparing RFP responses, drafting proposals, managing pipeline data, and contributing to GTM strategy discussions.
- • Plan and execute c-suite level events including CFO roundtables, leadership dinners, and industry-focused gatherings to strengthen relationships with senior buyers and accelerate deal cycles.
- • Drive revenue growth through direct sales activities with the goal of transitioning into a revenue-owning leadership role within 8–12 months.
- • Shape the US GTM narrative by analyzing competitor positioning, customer pain points, and market dynamics to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
- • Operate with founder-level ownership — no task is too small; you’ll engage in both strategic planning and hands-on execution to build the US commercial engine.
- • Collaborate with high-performing teams composed of ex-McKinsey, JPMorgan, Meta, and YC operators who have scaled unicorns and shipped world-class products.
- • Earn performance-based bonuses tied directly to company revenue and your individual pipeline impact.
- • Work in-person on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at Omnea’s New York office to foster collaboration during this critical early-stage growth phase.
- • Engage in a rigorous interview process including an initial screen, sales team interview, take-home challenge, and final round with leadership.
- • Contribute to a culture of talent density, where over 10,000 interviews were conducted to hire the first 50 employees and where commercial ambition is prioritized.
- • Be part of a company that has 10x’d ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and is trusted by global enterprises including Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons.

- • 1–4 years of experience in an elite environment such as banking, consulting, startups, or venture capital
