  • • Own the top of funnel for sales by identifying strategic enterprise accounts, executing multi-channel outbound campaigns, and qualifying high-potential opportunities to build a scalable pipeline.
  • • Break into new markets by researching, prioritizing, and targeting companies for outreach, designing and running targeted experiments to validate go-to-market strategies and outmaneuver competitors.
  • • Support live enterprise deals alongside the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial Leads by drafting RFP responses, preparing proposals, managing pipeline dynamics, and contributing to closing strategies.
  • • Plan and execute c-suite level events including CFO leadership roundtables, executive dinners, and industry-focused gatherings to nurture relationships with senior buyers and accelerate deal cycles.
  • • Operate with founder-level ownership by shaping the GTM narrative from the ground up, influencing product-market fit through direct customer feedback and market insights.
  • • Drive measurable revenue impact through direct contribution to sales outcomes, with bonus compensation tied to both company revenue and individual pipeline generation.
  • • Accelerate career progression by transitioning into an enterprise deal-making role within 8–12 months, with clear pathways to sales leadership or adjacent commercial functions.
  • • Collaborate with high-performing operators from McKinsey, JPMorgan, Meta, Y Combinator, and high-growth startups to learn and execute at the highest commercial standards.
  • • Engage directly with C-level executives at global enterprises including Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons to understand procurement pain points and position Omnea’s AI-native platform as the solution.
  • • Work in-person on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at Omnea’s London office to foster collaboration, build culture, and maintain alignment during this critical early-stage growth phase.
  • • Contribute to a commercial culture that values ambition, transparency, and relentless execution — where every role directly impacts revenue and business growth.
  • • Participate in a rigorous interview process including an initial screen, sales team interview, take-home challenge, and final in-person round to ensure cultural and performance fit.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1–4 years of experience in an elite environment such as law, banking, consulting, startups, or venture capital
  • • Demonstrated drive to own revenue growth and accelerate into a leadership role within 12 months
  • • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and impress C-suite executives in client-facing settings
  • • Willingness to roll up sleeves, perform grunt work, and operate with founder-level ownership
  • • Charismatic communicator with clarity, confidence, and relationship-building aptitude
  • • Competitive mindset with proven hunger to win and tackle challenging objectives
