  • • Legora is at the forefront of revolutionizing the legal industry with its AI-native workspace, designed to empower legal professionals by enhancing their ability to ask better questions, unlock new insights, and streamline complex processes. We are not just building a solution for lawyers; we are building it collaboratively with them, ensuring it addresses their needs effectively and is implemented the right way. Our mission is to make legal work smarter, faster, and more human, transforming possibilities into reality through cutting-edge legal tech.
  • • As a Go-To-Market (GTM) Associate, you will play a pivotal role within Legora's commercial engine, working in close collaboration with senior GTM leaders and Account Executives. This is a hands-on, high-ownership position situated at the critical intersection of sales, operations, and strategy. You will gain invaluable, practical experience in how enterprise GTM functions at scale by actively participating in its execution.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass conducting in-depth market and account research to identify emerging trends, untapped market opportunities (whitespace), and high-impact use cases that can drive strategic growth. This research will form the foundation for targeted inbound and outbound initiatives aimed at building robust pipelines across our most strategic accounts.
  • • You will be instrumental in identifying and convening high-impact stakeholder groups. This will involve curating engaging events and discussion forums designed to foster thought leadership, facilitate peer exchange among legal professionals, and cultivate meaningful commercial engagement opportunities.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve supporting the complex enterprise deal lifecycle. This includes assisting with procurement processes, addressing information security and due diligence requests, coordinating technical onboarding, and contributing to legal negotiations to ensure deals progress smoothly towards closure.
  • • You will be responsible for qualifying incoming leads, conducting detailed account research, and helping to craft outreach strategies that are precisely tailored to resonate with top-tier law firms and enterprise clients.
  • • Furthermore, you will support deal execution by preparing essential materials, coordinating various internal and external stakeholders, and providing assistance with the development of compelling proposals and product demonstrations.
  • • Maintaining CRM hygiene and upholding sales operations fundamentals are crucial. You will ensure data accuracy, maintain reporting integrity, and facilitate smooth deal progression through diligent management of our sales systems.
  • • You will be tasked with building and maintaining key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards to meticulously track progress, monitor funnel health, and evaluate overall GTM performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • • Critically, you will act as a conduit for field intelligence, feeding learnings and insights back into our GTM playbook. This feedback loop is essential for scaling successful strategies and identifying areas for improvement, ensuring our GTM approach remains agile and effective.
  • • This role offers an exceptional opportunity for early-career professionals eager to develop world-class commercial skills. You will be encouraged to be curious, analytical, and proactive, ready to roll up your sleeves and drive tangible results. A strong focus on outcomes, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine desire to understand the mechanics of high-performing GTM teams operating at scale are essential.
  • • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams, contributing to a unified and effective go-to-market strategy. Your ability to adapt quickly and learn at a high velocity in a fast-paced, early-stage environment will be key to your success.
  • • An interest in B2B SaaS, Artificial Intelligence, and/or the legal industry is highly valued, though prior experience in these areas is not a strict requirement, making this an ideal entry point for motivated individuals.
