- • This role is for individuals excited about Zapier’s go-to-market (GTM) motion at the intersection of automation and AI, where you’ll help shape sales, solutions architecture, and automation strategy as the company scales from SMB to enterprise and product-led to sales-led growth.
- • Day to day, you’ll engage with executives, diagnose customer needs, build technical workflows and documentation, leverage AI to accelerate processes, and collaborate across teams to close deals and refine GTM playbooks in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- • Zapier’s GTM organization operates like a startup, having recently pivoted to enterprise sales and sales-led growth, meaning you’ll be building the foundational processes and strategies from the ground up with a high degree of ownership and impact.
- • You’ll learn how to translate technical expertise into commercial value, refine your sales and consulting skills in an AI-driven context, and gain deep experience in enterprise GTM motions while working with cutting-edge automation and AI tools.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and technical contexts, with the ability to engage diverse audiences including executives and technical teams.
- • Active experience building with AI — such as creating workflows, writing technical documentation, or redesigning processes using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- • Deep technical curiosity and hands-on engagement with software, including building AI workflows for fun, testing new tools, or having a background in computer science or technical bootcamps.
- • A track record of excellence, demonstrated by consistently performing in the top tier of your field, whether in career, past pursuits, or both.
- • Comfort with ambiguity and a competitive drive, thriving in high-stakes, evolving environments where iteration and winning are prioritized.
