  • • Own the entire Go-To-Market (GTM) motion for Gather AI’s warehouse-intelligence platform, from first-touch campaigns to signed enterprise contracts, and become the single thread that turns product innovation into repeatable revenue.
  • • Design and continuously refine a data-driven demand engine that blends product-led growth tactics with high-touch enterprise sales plays, ensuring every marketing dollar and sales hour is traceable to pipeline and ARR.
  • • Build and iterate on the end-to-end funnel: SEO/SEM, outbound sequences, ABM campaigns, trade-show activations, partner co-marketing, and customer expansion motions—then instrument each stage with clear KPIs, dashboards, and feedback loops for rapid experimentation.
  • • Partner elbow-to-elbow with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate real-world warehouse pain points into crisp value propositions, ROI calculators, and demo narratives that resonate with supply-chain VPs and CFOs alike.
  • • Architect the sales-ops backbone: CRM hygiene, lead-scoring models, opportunity stages, CPQ workflows, and revenue-recognition rules—so reps spend their time selling, not wrangling spreadsheets.
  • • Create and maintain a living library of battle-tested collateral—one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, RFP templates, and video explainers—that scales across verticals (3PL, cold-chain, e-commerce, pharma, automotive) and buyer personas (Ops, IT, Finance).
  • • Run weekly pipeline councils with Sales, Finance, and Executive leadership; surface risks, upside scenarios, and resource-allocation recommendations that keep the company on a predictable path to 3Ă— ARR growth.
  • • Stand up a partner-channel program that leverages systems integrators, drone-service providers, and WMS vendors to open new logos faster while lowering CAC; negotiate co-sell agreements and joint marketing funds that compound over time.
  • • Instrument customer expansion plays: usage-based upsell triggers, executive QBRs, and proof-of-value pilots that turn single-site deployments into 50-site rollouts within 12 months.
  • • Champion a culture of experimentation—A/B test everything from email subject lines to pricing pages—and share wins (and failures) openly so the entire revenue org learns at hyperspeed.
  • • Travel up to 25 % to customer sites, trade shows, and partner summits; gather voice-of-customer insights that feed directly into roadmap prioritization and competitive positioning.
  • • Report directly to the CEO and sit on the company’s leadership team; influence strategic decisions around market entry, pricing architecture, and capital allocation.
  • • Within your first 90 days, deliver a GTM playbook that covers ICP definition, messaging hierarchy, channel mix, and revenue model; within 180 days, scale the playbook to generate a repeatable $2 M+ quarterly pipeline.
  • • Ultimately, your success will be measured by new-logo ARR, net-revenue retention, CAC payback, and the velocity with which Gather AI becomes the de-facto standard for autonomous warehouse intelligence worldwide.
