- • You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of warm leads through targeted and proactive relationship-building initiatives. This involves a deep understanding of market dynamics, including referral trends and competitive positioning, which you will leverage to inform our business development strategies. Your insights will help First American maintain and enhance its visibility and credibility within both the real estate and legal communities.
- • A key responsibility will be to meticulously track referral patterns to understand the current title company affiliations of target real estate brokers. This intelligence gathering is vital for tailoring our outreach and ensuring we can effectively present the unique value proposition of partnering with First American's attorney agents.
- • You will engage directly with real estate agents, building rapport and trust to facilitate introductions between these brokers and our attorney agents. This collaborative approach is designed to foster growth for all parties involved, strengthening our network and expanding our market reach.
- • Conducting in-depth, one-to-one discovery conversations will be a core part of your role. These discussions will focus on understanding the specific business needs, challenges, and opportunities of both brokers and attorneys. This deep understanding allows for more personalized and effective partnership strategies.
- • Collaboration with escrow officers is essential. You will participate in scheduled sessions to support the development and execution of relationship strategies, guide discussions, and implement targeted follow-up actions. This teamwork ensures a cohesive approach to client engagement and retention.
- • Active participation in industry events, community functions, and networking opportunities is expected. These engagements are critical for building brand presence, establishing First American as a thought leader, and uncovering new relationship opportunities. Your presence and engagement will directly contribute to our market penetration and brand recognition.
- • You will also be responsible for delivering impactful group presentations to brokers and attorneys. These presentations will serve to build credibility, showcase our expertise, and expand our reach within the target professional communities, highlighting the benefits of our services and partnerships.
