• • As a Senior Sales Trader, you will be instrumental in supporting and growing both our OTC Spot and Derivatives desks. This hands-on role requires a proactive approach to client engagement, business development, and strategic planning. You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with a diverse range of clients, including High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and institutional investors, acting as their trusted advisor in the complex crypto markets. Your ability to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and execute trades efficiently will be paramount to your success.
• • A core aspect of this role involves contributing to our robust risk management framework. You will confidently manage client flow, price trades effectively, and maintain a high level of discipline and attention to detail to mitigate risks across spot, options, and other derivatives. This requires a deep understanding of options pricing, trade execution, and sophisticated risk management strategies. Your expertise will ensure the integrity and profitability of our trading operations.
