GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a GTM Engineer at Supabase, you will join the Growth and RevOps teams to enhance the productivity of go-to-market operations by building systems that translate product usage and customer signals into actionable workflows, directly impacting the efficiency of the PLG → revenue engine.
• • Day to day, you will design and build automations across the GTM stack (HubSpot, BigQuery, Hightouch), maintain HubSpot architecture, build internal tools and dashboards for sales and customer success teams, integrate AI into rep workflows, develop GTM dashboards in Hex, connect product data to CRM, and extend integrations via APIs, webhooks, and Cloud Functions.
• • You will work with a globally distributed, remote-first team of 280+ members across 55+ countries, contributing to a company that builds in public, uses its own products, and is deeply committed to the open-source ecosystem while scaling a Postgres-based developer platform used by hundreds of thousands.
• • In this role, you will gain deep expertise in GTM automation, revenue operations, and data-driven sales enablement, while solving real-world problems for developers and deploying applied AI in a B2B SaaS context, with ownership over your roadmap and the opportunity to scale systems that serve millions.
