📋 Description
- • Stack AI is at the forefront of revolutionizing enterprise AI, and we are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept GTM Engineer to build and manage the critical technical infrastructure that powers our outbound sales and marketing efforts. This is a pivotal role where you will be instrumental in establishing and optimizing our outbound engine, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and effectiveness in driving new business opportunities. You will be the architect and custodian of our outbound email systems, leveraging cutting-edge tools and data-driven strategies to connect with potential clients.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously set up and maintain a robust outbound email infrastructure. This includes the strategic management of domains, inboxes, and all associated DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to ensure optimal deliverability and sender reputation. You will implement and oversee email warming strategies to gradually build inbox authority and establish consistent monitoring protocols to proactively identify and address any deliverability issues, ensuring our messages consistently reach their intended recipients.
- • A key aspect of this role involves building and scaling sophisticated outbound systems. You will design and implement processes for effective lead segmentation, intelligent routing of communications, data enrichment to personalize outreach, and the automation of campaign execution. This requires a deep understanding of the outbound sales funnel and the ability to engineer systems that can handle high volumes of personalized outreach efficiently.
- • You will be a key player in executing signal-based outreach campaigns. This involves leveraging advanced prospecting tools to identify triggers and intent signals from potential customers. Examples include monitoring for changes in hiring patterns, technology stack adoption, recent funding rounds, new job postings, or significant website updates. By acting on these timely signals, you will enable highly relevant and personalized outreach at the right moment, significantly increasing engagement.
- • Collaboration is central to this role. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to conceptualize, launch, test, and refine outbound plays. This includes designing and executing A/B tests on messaging, subject lines, and call-to-actions, as well as implementing personalization at scale to ensure each prospect receives a tailored experience. You will be the technical engine behind our messaging operations, ensuring seamless execution of strategic campaigns.
- • Performance tracking and continuous improvement are paramount. You will be responsible for meticulously tracking key performance indicators across the outbound funnel, including deliverability rates, reply rates, and meetings booked. By maintaining clean reporting and analyzing campaign data, you will identify areas for optimization and implement data-driven adjustments to enhance overall funnel metrics and maximize ROI. Your insights will directly inform future strategies and resource allocation.
- • This role demands a proactive, self-starting individual who can take a broad objective, such as establishing a reliable outbound engine, and drive it to completion with minimal supervision. You will be expected to research the competitive landscape, evaluate various tools and workflows, make well-reasoned recommendations, and then personally implement these solutions.
- • As a systems builder, you will be adept at integrating different technologies and platforms to create seamless workflows. Documenting these setups thoroughly will be crucial, ensuring that the implemented systems are not only functional but also easily operable and scalable by the wider team. Your ability to create robust, well-documented processes will be a significant asset.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in outbound operations and campaign execution, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- • Strong understanding and practical experience with email deliverability and infrastructure management, including handling multiple domains/inboxes and reputation management.
- • Demonstrated experience with signal/enrichment tooling and familiarity with modern outbound technology stacks.
- • Comfort working with data, including spreadsheet proficiency and CRM hygiene; basic scripting or API skills are considered a significant advantage.
