- • As a GTM Engineer at ShipBob, you will build and operationalize the technical systems that power go-to-market execution, acting as a hybrid project manager and hands-on builder to own initiatives from conception through delivery and iteration.
- • Day to day, you will identify and prioritize GTM Engineering opportunities with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leadership; translate business needs into technical requirements; build and maintain Clay workflows for enrichment, routing, and scoring; automate manual revenue team tasks; design intent/signals engines; oversee cross-functional execution; and manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- • ShipBob is a leading global supply chain and fulfillment technology platform for SMB and Mid-Market ecommerce merchants, backed by top investors and known for its high-performance culture, transparency, and commitment to innovation across all teams.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in GTM automation, signal orchestration, and RevOps systems while driving measurable impact on sales efficiency, data quality, and conversion rates—positioning yourself as a technical leader in go-to-market strategy and execution.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–8+ years of experience in GTM systems, RevOps/Sales Ops/Marketing Ops, growth operations, automation engineering, or similar roles
- • Demonstrated ability to build automations and integrations across a GTM tech stack (CRM + enrichment + intent + engagement + analytics)
- • Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce, including data model awareness, workflow automation, QA, and hygiene practices
- • Experience building and operationalizing Clay workflows or equivalent enrichment/orchestration tools
- • Excellent technical fluency with APIs/webhooks, data flows, automation logic, troubleshooting, and systems thinking
- • Sound project management skills in planning, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and execution
- • Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences
