- • As a GTM Engineer focusing on AI Adoption at Anrok, you will bridge software engineering and go-to-market strategy by building intelligent, agentic systems that transform how the revenue team operates—shifting from human-capacity-first to AI-first motions to directly impact deal velocity, team productivity, and scalable growth.
- • Day to day, you will design and execute AI adoption strategies for the GTM team, write and maintain production code in Python and JavaScript for automation workflows, deploy and manage services on GCP with CI/CD and security best practices, and build secure integrations between systems like Salesforce, Gong, Zendesk, and the Claude API.
- • You will architect end-to-end automation workflows to eliminate manual work across the sales cycle—including lead enrichment, call analysis, proposal generation, and pipeline management—while creating documentation, runbooks, and training to drive team adoption of AI tools.

- • In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of AI-powered GTM systems—from code to deployment to adoption—staying at the frontier of AI capabilities and GCP services to recommend innovations that keep Anrok ahead in revenue operations productivity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–7+ years of experience in a technical GTM, revenue operations, sales engineering, or software engineering role with hands-on experience building and deploying production systems.
- • Strong coding skills in Python and/or JavaScript, including fluency with APIs, webhooks, integration patterns, and writing clean, maintainable production code.
- • Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs (Claude, GPT, or similar) in production—integrating AI into reliable, monitored workflows with proper error handling, security controls, and monitoring.
- • Cloud infrastructure experience (GCP preferred), including deployment and management of services using Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, BigQuery, or Pub/Sub, with understanding of IAM, service accounts, and secure deployment patterns.
- • Owner’s mindset with comfort in ambiguity—ability to define scope and success criteria with minimal direction, take accountability from code to deployment to adoption, and ship impactful solutions over perfect ones.
