- • As a GTM Engineer at Arena Intelligence, you will serve as the critical connective layer between technical product capabilities and revenue generation, enabling scalable go-to-market motions that power growth across the AI ecosystem by partnering with Business Development, Product, and Model Labs to design and operationalize workflows tied to model release cycles and evaluation launches.
- • You will own end-to-end GTM execution including designing and iterating on outbound/inbound systems (sequencing, enrichment, routing, tracking), building lightweight tools and automations to improve CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility, and supporting high-leverage relationships with frontier AI labs through technical engagement and co-marketing initiatives.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Arena Intelligence, the leading open AI evaluation platform trusted by every major AI lab including OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic, where researchers and engineers from UC Berkeley, Google, Stanford, and DeepMind collaborate to define industry-standard model performance benchmarks used by over a million daily users.
- • In this role, you will develop systems thinking and technical GTM expertise by running growth experiments, instrumenting funnel analytics, translating partner feedback into product insights, and building repeatable playbooks for scaling engagement with model labs, infrastructure companies, and enterprise AI teams—positioning you at the forefront of AI commercialization.
- • You will contribute to shaping product positioning and messaging grounded in real-world usage and technical differentiation, acting as a bridge between technical stakeholders (researchers, engineers) and commercial teams while supporting ecosystem campaigns and evaluation launches that drive adoption and expansion signals across lab accounts.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–4 years of experience in a GTM, Growth, Sales Engineering, or Business Development role within a technical environment such as AI, infrastructure, SaaS, or developer tools
- • Strong interest in the AI ecosystem with familiarity in concepts like training vs. inference, RLHF, benchmarking, and model evaluation
- • Comfort working with data, tools, and systems including CRM, enrichment tools, automation workflows, and basic scripting (a plus)
