- • The GTM Engineer at Omni Analytics will help scale the operating system behind customer-facing teams, focusing on post-sale processes such as retention, expansion, onboarding, and services delivery to improve customer health and revenue outcomes.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning and improving post-sale workflows, building and maintaining GTM systems in Salesforce and adjacent tools, partnering with CS, Services, and Partnerships leaders to define KPIs and dashboards, project-managing enablement initiatives, supporting sales and financial planning, diagnosing operational bottlenecks, and creating playbooks and documentation for consistent team execution.
- • Omni Analytics is an AI analytics platform that turns company data into a trusted source of truth for AI, built on a semantic model to provide enterprises with a governed context graph for analytics and AI. Based in San Francisco, the company has raised $217M from top investors and is valued at $1.5B following its Series C round.
- • In this role, the person will learn to design and scale cross-functional GTM processes, gain deep expertise in revenue operations and customer lifecycle management, develop technical fluency in SQL, CRM administration, and BI tools, and drive measurable improvements in customer retention, expansion, and operational efficiency while working closely with Sales, CS, Finance, Product, and Partnerships teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in RevOps, Customer Success Ops, Sales Ops, GTM Ops/Systems, consulting, or an analytical role at a B2B SaaS or similarly fast-paced company
- • Strong analytical skills, including Excel/Sheets and SQL; comfortable turning messy operational questions into clear analysis
- • Demonstrated ability to build, document, and roll out processes from scratch across cross-functional teams
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to translate between GTM leaders, operators, technical teams, and end users
- • Technical: SQL, Excel/Sheets modeling, CRM administration, workflow automation, BI/dashboard creation
- • High ownership, curious, practical, detail-oriented, and comfortable moving from messy problem to shipped solution
