Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • As the GTM Lead at Flagright, you will be instrumental in shaping how the company positions its AI-powered financial crime compliance platform in a competitive global market, directly influencing win rates and enterprise scalability by translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling commercial narratives that resonate with Fortune 500 banks, fintechs, and regulated institutions.
  • • You will define and refine product positioning, messaging frameworks, and segmentation strategy across verticals, buyer personas, and channels to ensure a unified, consistent revenue organization narrative that supports complex enterprise sales cycles and enables the sales team to effectively articulate Flagright’s differentiation in real-time risk detection, automated investigations, and intelligent decisioning.
  • • Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with the CEO and sales leadership to support high-stakes enterprise opportunities, including structuring RFP responses, designing competitive battlecards that expose rival weaknesses, and providing strategic deal guidance to improve win rates in long, technical sales cycles.
  • • You will build and maintain sales enablement assets such as playbooks, battlecards, and training materials, then deliver enablement sessions to AEs and BDRs on messaging, competitive positioning, and objection handling to ensure consistent execution across the revenue team.
  • • You will establish and lead a disciplined competitive intelligence function, continuously monitoring market dynamics, tracking competitor moves, and updating positioning frameworks to keep Flagright ahead in the evolving financial crime compliance landscape.
  • • You will close the product feedback loop by systematically gathering insights from prospects, customers, and internal sales teams, then translating those insights into actionable inputs for product development to ensure the roadmap aligns with market needs and emerging threats in fraud prevention and AML/KYC compliance.
  • • You will define and prioritize target segments, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and adjacent market opportunities, guiding BDR targeting, campaign prioritization, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and conversion in high-value enterprise pursuits.
  • • You will operate within a lean, high-performance culture that values individual ownership, direct access to leadership, minimal bureaucracy, and asynchronous communication — enabling you to move quickly, make impactful decisions, and drive GTM strategy without layers of approval.
  • • You will join a top-tier team composed of alumni from Y Combinator, AWS, and Palantir, working in an environment that rewards execution, learning, and continuous improvement, where your contributions will directly shape Flagright’s trajectory as a YC-backed startup scaling globally in the financial crime compliance space.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS GTM strategy within a highly regulated, technically complex domain, gaining rare experience in positioning AI-driven compliance solutions for financial institutions — a skill set that is increasingly valuable as AI transforms risk management and regulatory tech.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or enterprise SaaS enablement
  • • Proven ability to translate technical products into clear, compelling commercial narratives for enterprise audiences
  • • Experience building segmentation frameworks, sales playbooks, battlecards, and competitive positioning materials
  • • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area with legal right to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available)

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Leadership position with direct exposure to CEO and sales leadership, enabling significant influence on GTM strategy and company direction
  • • Equity from day 1 at a Y Combinator-backed startup with strong growth potential in the AI-driven financial crime compliance market
  • • Work alongside a high-caliber team including ex-AWS, Palantir, and Y Combinator alumni in a low-bureaucracy, asynchronous culture focused on execution and continuous improvement
