- • Own, maintain, and improve SentiLink’s GTM tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Ironclad.
- • Identify operational friction and gaps within the GTM workflow and evaluate, propose, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- • Build and maintain integrations between GTM tools to ensure seamless data flow and eliminate manual processes.
- • Partner directly with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to remove blockers, improve data accuracy, and ensure systems support revenue goals.
- • Ensure GTM data is complete, reliable, and actionable across all platforms to drive decision-making and forecasting.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to align tool usage with business needs and drive adoption of new processes or features.
- • Continuously assess the revenue tech ecosystem for emerging tools or AI-driven enhancements that can improve operational performance.
- • Translate business requirements from GTM teams into technical specifications for tool configuration, automation, and integration.
- • Monitor system performance and proactively address data quality issues, duplicate records, or workflow breakdowns.
- • Document processes, workflows, and system configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity across the team.
- • Support the scaling of GTM operations as the company grows rapidly across new markets and customer segments.
- • Work within a digital-first environment with strong collaboration across U.S. and India-based teams.
- • Regularly engage with physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago, Gurugram, and Bengaluru when located near them.

- • Operate in a fast-paced, high-growth enterprise technology company with a focus on identity verification and risk solutions.
- • Report to and support leadership in the GTM Operations function to evolve the revenue tech stack strategically.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in a high-performing tech company or startup
- • Revenue and GTM operations experience
- • Strong grasp of SFDC and SentiLink's tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, Ironclad)
- • Comfortable with AI tools
