This role is pivotal in supercharging our Sales and Customer Success (CS) operations by automating critical Go-To-Market (GTM) processes and developing robust internal tools.
• • As a GTM Systems and Automation Expert, you will be instrumental in translating complex business needs into scalable, reliable, and user-friendly GTM systems. Your primary focus will be on building AI-first workflows, sophisticated automations, and lightweight internal tools that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our GTM teams. You will work closely with Sales and CS stakeholders, acting as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions. This is an opportunity to significantly impact how our GTM functions operate, directly contributing to our growth and success.
• • Key responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining GTM workflows and automations using tools such as n8n, Clay, and HubSpot. This involves implementing solutions for lead scoring, lead routing, lead qualification, and proactive alerts to ensure timely and effective engagement with prospects and customers. You will also be responsible for creating and managing AI chatbots and agents designed to assist with critical tasks like market research, data enrichment, and meeting preparation, thereby freeing up valuable time for our GTM professionals.
• • Furthermore, you will configure and optimize our core GTM systems, including HubSpot, to meticulously support Sales and CS processes. This encompasses refining deal management workflows, streamlining handoffs between teams, and implementing effective alert mechanisms. A significant aspect of the role involves integrating disparate GTM tools into a cohesive and efficient technology stack, with a forward-looking approach to evolving this stack as the company scales and its needs change.
• • You will also leverage Lovable's own powerful builder tools to create internal UIs and applications tailored specifically for the GTM teams, enhancing their user experience and productivity.
