- • As the GTM Partnerships Enablement Lead at OpenAI, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s global partner ecosystem by transforming complex product and go-to-market strategies into clear, repeatable enablement programs that empower partners to effectively sell, deliver, and support OpenAI’s AI solutions. This role is critical to accelerating customer success and responsible AI adoption at scale, ensuring that partners across regions and segments are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and processes needed to drive measurable business outcomes.
- • You will define and lead OpenAI’s global partner enablement strategy, building and scaling the partner enablement function from the ground up—including team structure, operating model, and systems—while designing and operationalizing repeatable programs for onboarding, activation, product launches, and GTM motions. Your work will ensure consistent, high-impact execution across diverse partner types such as systems integrators, technology partners, and distributors, aligning with OpenAI’s mission to make AGI beneficial for all of humanity.
- • Day to day, you will develop partner readiness programs including training, certifications, and learning pathways tailored to sales, technical, and delivery roles; create high-quality enablement content like playbooks, solution guides, and messaging frameworks; and enable partners to identify, qualify, and close AI opportunities aligned with OpenAI’s GTM priorities. You will also partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Solutions, and RevOps to align priorities, messaging, and execution across all partner-facing initiatives.
- • You will establish metrics and dashboards to track partner activation, pipeline contribution, and program effectiveness, and build feedback loops to capture partner insights for continuous improvement of enablement and GTM strategy. This includes driving the global rollout of enablement initiatives with adaptability across regions and partner segments, ensuring scalability and consistency in execution.
- • You will operate as a systems thinker who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, turning strategic intent into scalable execution. Your leadership will help build a world-class partner enablement function that not only drives revenue and adoption but also reinforces OpenAI’s commitment to safe, responsible, and inclusive AI deployment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience building and scaling partner or GTM enablement programs in high-growth, technology-driven environments
- • Strong ability to translate complex product and GTM strategy into clear, scalable execution and operating models
- • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across business and technical teams
- • Experience designing partner readiness programs, including training, certifications, and learning pathways for sales, technical, and delivery roles
- • Background in creating high-quality enablement content such as playbooks, solution guides, and messaging frameworks
- • Track record of establishing metrics, dashboards, and feedback loops to measure partner activation, pipeline impact, and program effectiveness
