📋 Description

• As a GTM Partnerships Manager, SME & Growth at Airwallex, you will drive the expansion of the company’s partner ecosystem in Hong Kong by recruiting, onboarding, and scaling channel partnerships that generate client referrals and fuel regional growth.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new partners, educating them on Airwallex’s product suite, activating referral activities, resolving partner objections, and coordinating with internal teams such as strategy, operations, and finance to ensure seamless partner experiences.
• You will join a high-impact GTM partnerships team within a fast-growing, globally recognized fintech leader valued at US$8 billion, backed by top-tier investors and operating across 26 global offices with a mission to build the future of global banking.
• In this role, you will develop strategic partnership initiatives, sharpen your analytical and negotiation skills, and gain end-to-end ownership of partner lifecycle management while contributing directly to Airwallex’s hyper-growth trajectory in the APAC region.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in partnership, marketing, or business development
• Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills (Cantonese & English mandatory, Chinese good-to-have)
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools including Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in negotiation and partnership proposal development preferred
• Experience in sales or working in tech or a fast-growing start-up advantageous
