You will own the entire recruitment lifecycle for revenue-generating roles, from initial sourcing and candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding. This end-to-end ownership requires a proactive, results-oriented approach and a deep understanding of the enterprise sales and customer success landscapes.
