- • As a GTM Associate Recruiter at Rogo, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s go-to-market team by supporting the hiring of SDRs and GTM Associates across global regions including the U.S., EMEA, and APAC.
- • You will own end-to-end recruiting processes, manage interview logistics across time zones, maintain candidate experience as a primary point of contact, and ensure smooth operations in Ashby ATS while driving process improvements.
- • You will work closely with GTM leadership, including the GTM Talent Lead, GTM Manager, and Head of GTM, to align on hiring priorities, pipeline health, and continuous improvement of recruitment workflows in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- • This role offers the opportunity to build scalable recruiting infrastructure, gain deep exposure to AI-driven finance technology, and grow professionally by owning recruitment outcomes in a mission-driven, high-performance culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting, or operations
- • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- • Experience with ATS tools (Ashby preferred) and modern productivity tools
