- • Stedi, Inc. is revolutionizing the healthcare sector by building the world's only programmable healthcare clearinghouse. We are at the forefront of modernizing critical healthcare transactions, such as claims, eligibility checks, and remittances, by offering advanced API interfaces alongside traditional EDI processes. This innovative approach empowers both healthcare technology businesses and established industry players to seamlessly exchange vital information. Our commitment to a customer-first philosophy and cutting-edge clearinghouse product has positioned Stedi as a leader, recognized by Ramp as one of the fastest-growing SaaS vendors.
- • As a Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in fueling Stedi's rapid expansion by spearheading full-cycle recruitment for our go-to-market and business functions. This position offers a significant degree of autonomy, demanding a proactive and independent approach to navigate the dynamic environment of a fast-paced startup. You will be instrumental in collaborating with leadership to meticulously define roles, develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end recruitment strategies, and ensure the attraction and retention of top-tier talent. Your deep recruiting expertise will be crucial in hiring individuals aligned with business needs, providing insightful feedback on role scoping, and strategically aligning our talent acquisition initiatives with Stedi's overarching business objectives. You will be responsible for hiring across a diverse range of functions, including sales, broader GTM roles, operations, and general administrative (G&A) positions, requiring adaptability and comfort in managing various role types and candidate profiles as Stedi continues its impressive growth trajectory.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to elevate the quality of every hire made. Maintaining an exceptionally high standard for talent and continuously striving to raise that bar is fundamental to Stedi's sustained growth and the successful achievement of our ambitious business goals. As the recruiter, you are the custodian of Stedi's talent standards. This involves evolving the criteria used to assess candidates, embedding these principles into every stage of the hiring process, and ensuring that each candidate interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. You will proactively identify opportunities to enhance our talent assessment methodologies and champion best practices in candidate evaluation.
- • A key aspect of this role involves building strategic partnerships across the organization. You will collaborate closely with functional leaders and fellow internal and external recruiters to thoroughly assess hiring needs, directly linking them to critical business objectives. This partnership extends to defining precise role requirements and shaping our overall hiring strategies. To be effective, you must be resourceful and rapidly develop a profound understanding of Stedi's business. This knowledge will enable you to articulate our value proposition compellingly to external candidates and to design and implement tailored interview processes that effectively surface the most relevant candidate signals for Stedi's teams. Your ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers will be paramount.
- • You will be responsible for planning and executing the entire recruitment lifecycle for GTM positions, as well as business, strategy, and operations roles. This encompasses all stages from initial sourcing and meticulous screening to in-depth interviewing and the final extension of offers. A critical focus will be placed on ensuring a seamless, efficient, transparent, and consistently positive experience for every candidate throughout their journey with Stedi. This includes timely communication, clear expectations, and a respectful engagement process that reflects Stedi's values.
- • Thoughtful and graceful communication is essential in this role. You will maintain effective and transparent communication channels with all stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership. Ensuring alignment and providing regular updates throughout the hiring process will foster trust and efficiency. You will also be tasked with continuously evaluating and refining our recruitment strategies to enhance efficiency, improve effectiveness, and elevate the overall candidate experience. Identifying and surfacing opportunities to improve our hiring processes with Stedi leaders will be a key contribution, embracing data-driven decision-making to inform and optimize our practices.
- • Stedi is a rapidly growing SaaS company in the healthcare technology space, recognized for its innovative programmable clearinghouse. We are backed by prominent investors such as Stripe, Addition, USV, Bloomberg Beta, and First Round Capital, having secured $142 million in funding. Our culture is characterized by a passion for automation, eliminating toil, and a lean, agile business team that supports our robust infrastructure. Engineers and designers consistently ship products, reflecting our commitment to continuous innovation and execution.
- • In this role, you will gain invaluable experience in shaping the talent acquisition strategy for a high-growth, venture-backed startup in a critical industry. You will develop a deep understanding of go-to-market functions and business operations within a scaling organization. The opportunity to influence hiring processes, build strong relationships with leadership, and contribute directly to the company's success by attracting exceptional talent provides a significant platform for professional growth and impact.
