📋 Description
- • As the GTM Recruiter at Rundoo, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s go-to-market organization by owning full-cycle recruiting for sales and customer experience roles, directly enabling Rundoo’s mission to modernize technology for independent supply stores across the U.S.
- • You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates for Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Implementation specialists, and related GTM positions — primarily Chicago-based — while building proactive talent pipelines that go beyond traditional job boards to include LinkedIn, industry networks, events, referrals, and creative outreach strategies.
- • You will partner closely with GTM hiring managers, including the Head of Sales and Sales Managers, to deeply understand role requirements, define what ‘great’ looks like for each position, and ensure a swift, high-quality hiring process that aligns with Rundoo’s rapid growth trajectory.
- • You will deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining timely, thoughtful, and professional communication from initial outreach through offer acceptance, reinforcing Rundoo’s employer brand as a mission-driven, people-first organization.
- • You will keep the Ashby ATS meticulously updated with accurate pipeline data and stage hygiene, ensuring full visibility for the Talent team and hiring managers into candidate progress and bottlenecks.
- • You will support broader company recruiting needs as capacity allows, flexing across functions such as CX, G&A, or R&D, demonstrating adaptability and a team-first mindset in a fast-moving startup environment.
- • You will join a small but impactful Talent team led by Elena, Head of Talent — a 3x Talent100 Global TA Leader and Forbes HR Council member — and work alongside Amanda, our current Recruiter, contributing to a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and shared purpose in building Rundoo’s people infrastructure.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in recruiting for vertical B2B SaaS sales talent, refine your ability to build recruiting systems from scratch, and gain hands-on experience shaping talent strategy in a high-growth, Series A-backed company poised to transform an $1T industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • Based in Chicago with the ability to work from the office 4 days per week
- • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably focused on GTM or sales roles at a fast-growing company
- • Proven sourcing skills with demonstrated ability to build candidate pipelines from scratch, not just manage inbound applicants
- • Excellent communication abilities with candidates, hiring managers, and teammates
- • Comfort managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously without compromising candidate or hiring manager experience
- • Hands-on experience with an ATS, preferably Ashby, or similar platforms
